Safety Alert for ATVs UTVs and Golf Carts

With summer, comes great times outdoors, but safety is important. ATVs UTVs and Golf Carts are allowed on the City of Howard streets & alleys, but there are restrictions:

• Drivers must be 16 years or older and have a valid driver's license, no exceptions.
• All appropriate safety equipment must be used.
• ALL TRAFFIC LAWS apply, including signs, turn signals, right-of-way, speed limits, lights, etc.
• Adults who own or store these vehicles are responsible for any juvenile using them.
